Spring Puddles, Ponds and Creeks: Bring the kids to have a fun filled learning experience in the creek! After feeding our farm friendly animals, we will take a hayride down to the Cattail Creek. The children will use our nets and head into the shallow water to catch a variety of critters. We will put all that we catch in an observation bucket. After some time in the water, we will go creekside to discuss and identify our catch. We set the critters free, hop on the hayride and head back to the barnyard. Bring creek shoes and a towel! Enjoy lunch pondside at our picnic site. Want some more farm fun? Add on a scavenger hunt for $1.50 per person. Creek tour is $10.00 per person. Ages 4 and up. Shine only rain date May 28th.
